PROACTIVE ENROLLMENT OF BASE YEAR VALUE/NEW CONSTRUCTION

We were engaged by a developer to work with the assessor’s office to proactively enroll the base year assessment of a large student housing development in San Diego. We worked on behalf of the taxpayer to secure a favorable new construction assessment and reduce the value further through a subsequent appeal.
