VA MEDICAL FACILITY

Our appeal of a GSA-leased VA facility in San Diego resulted in a $60,000,000 reduction in the base year (permanent) assessment of the property on behalf of the recent buyer. This reduction resulted in refunds for three years of overpayment of taxes in excess of $750,000 and an additional annual savings of $250,000 as long as they own the property.
